Please contact us prior to purchase for a delivery quote if you are situated in these areas.

Delivery will be courier via a dedicated delivery company. It is important that you please supply us with a contact phone number when you purchase to pass to the courier and driver to arrange delivery.

Deliveries are with a single driver and are kerbside only . Some items arrive on a wooden pallet and the driver is not responsible for removing the packaging or setting out the furniture.

Any damage which occurs during transport must be reported to us within 24hrs.  Please retain all the original packaging. If there is a product defect, please notify us within 48hrs and if necessary, return the item within 7 days of receipt. If there is a product fault or it's not as described, we will collect the item or pay for the return postage.
