The Santorini parasol is adjustable in height and the way it spans, and is collapsable for storage. It arrives part assembled - the base will require fixing together - this arrives flat pack. All fixings and instructions are included. A protective cover is included with the parasol.

Please note that the parasol will require weighting on the base - this can be done with flagstones as shown in the photographs. It can also be fixed to the patio. Please make sure the parasol is weighted down before use. Weights are not included. Available in Green and Cream.

Delivery is free throughout the UK however there are some exceptions: There is an additional shipping cost to Northern Ireland, The Highlands and most outlying Islands of the UK. Please contact us for the shipping cost for the following postcodes/areas:

Delivery will be courier via a dedicated delivery company. It is important that you please supply us with a contact phone number when you purchase to pass to the courier and driver to arrange delivery.

Deliveries are with a single driver and are kerbside only . Some items arrive on a wooden pallet and the driver is not responsible for removing the packaging or setting out the furniture.

Any damage which occurs during transport must be reported to us within 24hrs.  Please retain all the original packaging. If there is a product defect, please notify us within 48hrs and if necessary, return the item within 7 days of receipt. If there is a product fault or it's not as described, we will collect the item or pay for the return postage.
